Carol Sauka

Carol Sauka utilizes her thirty years of professional experience to help small business owners spread the word about their products, services, ideas and causes via low-cost, high impact techniques.

She traces her interest in communications and education to an internship during the summer of her junior year in college, at Pittsburgh’s pioneer public broadcasting station, WQED, the originator of the ground-breaking Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood program.

After spending the summer of 1969 at WQED, Carol went on to complete her bachelor’s degree in English literature at the University of Pittsburgh before moving on to receive her master’s degree in educational broadcasting from Indiana University. Her interest in combining communications and education continues today with her marketing workshops, speaking engagements, articles, and professional coaching for entrepreneurs.

After many years in the corporate world as an editor, educational publisher, and marketer, Carol decided to channel her expertise into helping small company’s master techniques that produce results and benefit the bottom line.

She also extended her expertise to the not for profit sector with a particular interest in the United Way, historic preservation, and AIDS/ HIV prevention and treatment.

Carol lives and works from two bases of operation, one in Western New York and one in South Florida. She is an independent Hemingway scholar, an avid reader and swimmer, and writes flash fiction in her spare time.
